Almost a month later, but if you're still interested:

Depends on which version you're interested in. There game's only in Japanese, so that's the only language you could buy it legally.

You can buy the Realta Nua version for Vita from Amazon.

The original PC version is tougher because of the adult content, but you might be able to use a proxy service to import it depending on which country you live in.

I spent some time looking into it since the post, it really does seem a hard game to play without jumping through several hoops that might possibly get a trojan on my pc.

I'm personaly hoping a version turn up on steam at some point, Steins:Gate made it, so hopefully the Fate/Night anime buzz will get us a version at some point... through my money on all the adult stuff being removed.

Yeah, it's kind of strange we haven't gotten any official translation considering Fate/ is arguably the most popular Visual Novel-based franchise both in Japan and the west. But hey, it may be possible, especially since we've gotten other massively popular VN like SubaHibi and Dies Irae in the last couple of years. I know I'd give good money for a translated FSN in a heartbeat.
