Oh, when in R1 ep 25 after C.C. kisses lelouch, she says "As you are constantly seeking death, you are not my type." Who is she talking to?

That's not what she says, for starters, and she's talking to Jeremiah, whom she's trying to kill.

Hmm.... Which Fansub group was this? gg is probably the best fansub at the moment for the first season.. What she said was more along the lines of "You're not the type of person I want to die with" and proceeded to plow her opponent into the water..She was directing this toward the person she was in combat with .. Jeremiah.

Correct. Suzaku's "Live on!" Geass only prevents Suzaku from willingly dying by his own choice. If he gets shot besides, it won't prevent him from dying--just prevent Suzaku from letting the wound kill him. It'd likely compel him to get it treated.

In a conversation that is made up of practically nothing but metaphors you insist on taking "eternity" as a literal concept? Use some common sense here. It's just an expression to indicate that it's a permanent state of being for him.

If Code Geass were an English language work and the characters said exactly what the subbers wrote, then the theory would be plausible as the word eternity is hardly ever used in English and i don't recall Code Geass being poetic. But it's Japanese and i have no idea how common the word for eternity is; it may not be strange for it to be used in non-literal ways.

Another question... During the code geass movie, the condensation of the entire season 1 into a 2 hour sitting, during the end, it shows C.C. sinking into the murky depths with Jeremiah. She says things, but the movie isn't subbed. Does anyone know what she says? Because she also cries.

This wasn't shown in the episodes, because in the episodes it ended right after lelouch and suzaku pulled the trigger on their guns, while in the movie right after that it shows C.C. who says something, drops 2 tears, and then smiles as she sinks to the bottom of the ocean with jeremiah.

She talks about how Lelouch's actions are the result of the core of human motivation, the desire for a small bit of happiness. That's the gist of it anyway. It may not be shown in the dub, but it's in the original episodes.

I find the english dub makes things like that a little clearer.

She says "You're not my first pick to commit suicide with"

Did she say "but" after saying "You're not my first pick to commit suicide with"? I didn't watch the dubs.. they excluded the "but" part...
If she said that, she did proceed to plow the dude into the ocean (the mech's aren't seaworthy)... So im guessing that she was going to kill herself with Jeremiah.. however.. she's immortal.. so it didn't really matter...

Soo i guess... "Your not my first pick to commit suicide with.. BUT.. (I'm gonna do it anyway cause Its for Lelouch and I'll come back to life anyway.)"

Hmm.. I think you guys might be taking this out of context..

"You will be the defender of justice and wear a mask forever"
.. "forever" in this context means historically, he'll wear a mask till the day he dies and remain anonymous forevermore...

"You will no longer be able to live as Kururugi Suzaku.
You will sacrifice all of your own happiness for the world.. eternally."
"You" is refering back to the persona of "Kururugi Suzaku"
and since that persona has "died" .. he'll be giving up "Suzaku's" happiness.. eternally

Well since they wouldn't be able to understand what you'd be commanding them to do it would be a moot point even if it where possible, well in Lelouchs case anyway.

Also i doubt either Mao or Wakamoto would be too keen either entering the mind of a dog. And in C.C.'s case i have just one word. Beastality.

Rolo's might work though. I doubt Lelouch's or his parents Geass would work on animals, along with the one C.C. had
