I just read the first volume of the manga today, and I must say it looks pretty good. The similarities to Love Hina are obvious (even down to the individial characters) but it seems to have enough originality to it to make it worth reading. I'll have to check out some more volumes this week.

i am a huge akamatsu/love hina/negima/anything else he puts out fanboy, that aside despite the similarities and differences i think Ai Kora brings something of its own to the table if for no other reason than the character of the intrepid hero.

the group that is doing ai kora had a meltdown a few months back maybe they had another i can't say for sure , i won't say who they are or where to find them because one of the books they do is liscensed but i will suggest you seek out thier web page for more info on what they are up to. a good website for info on what is going on about any manga or scanlation group is baka manga so maybe you could search for that.

Yeah, I was thinking it would be ending soon. Given recent events in the manga, they can't stretch it out any further without ruining it.
