There's nothing silly about the music since its a military hymn (or at least I think it is).

I wonder if we'll hear Amazing Grace again. If it does, I imagine the scenario to be similar to the ending of Eden of the East where the hero does his epic thing while Gospel music plays in the background.

The tank having music just means it must have a computer built into it is all, maybe they have Megadeth's "Gears of War" in there too, or some Rammstein, nothing like driving a tank blowing up the enemy to that music.
Those papers are “Omikuji (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omikuji), and average Omikuji has 5cm×20cm wide. Felicia got dai-kichi (Great blessing), while Rio dai-kyo (Great curse).
But Omikujis are not in cookies usually, they are mainly sold at Shrine. Japanese people buy Omikuji at 1st January to know the fortune of coming year.

I got a feeling that the tank has a black box like device and have records of the war that wreaked the world. This is the secret Rio is talking about and at some point someone will hit the play button by accident,

The thought of the tank screaming "Feuer Frei! Bang Bang!"

is too darn silly for words.

On a side note, the day after tomorrow, jan 27, is the day of release for the Ending Song, which is actually a Tomatsu Haruka's single (her fifth one), "Girls, Be Ambitious."

Here's a 30 sec promo from Sony Music, with some shots from the new PV.

The page you link to says "The random fortunes in fortune cookie may be derived from omikuji", and from Fortune cookie: "a cookie very similar in appearance to the American Fortune cookie was made in Kyoto, Japan, and there is a Japanese temple tradition of random fortunes, called omikuji"

How the hell are they still breathing? The ocean produce more than two thirds of all oxygen we breath.

Either everyone has evolved to sherpa's or they are only talking about life bigger than algaes.

Un, sorry, I'll believe that when I see it directly real life. Haven't seen anyone suddenly improve from bad --> great in one speech ever in my life, so until then...
We might have teachers in school, but I don't think anyone has suddenly gotten very smart in a single day... or in this case, a single speech.

I've given up thinking about that and just thinking that this world is just like that...

It happens when your foundations were already good and you had a little detail you weren't noticing screwing everything up. After all, they didn't said that the girl suddendly transformed into a gran maestro, they only showed us her being able to play one of the standard trumphet songs correctly, which is a pretty decent accomplishment without it being outrageous.

Does anyone have any insight on the coin designs? I can see that the one yen coin have typical olive branch on them, possible Euro variant?

Another thing is the shop guy saying the change is 2.75 MILLION, and then Noel correcting him that it's 2.75 yen. This means at some point in the past they had hyperinflation and then the currency was reset, but by that point people had made a habit of saying million in place of yen and the shop owner still haven't shaken it off.

Probably. Well, it isn't even common knowledge that dolphins are mammals, so it follows that most people don't know about the phytoplanktons and most other microorganisms.

And I loved the glassmith's quote:

The glass... It wants to be like this.
