There's this xdcc bot in #anime-xtreme (mircx) with episodes 1-9 ogms of the first season. They're not done with the whole series yet, but they're really good quality and i believe subsequent episodes will be released later. There are other fansub groups to download from of course, but I can't remember where so you have to go look around. Look for AX|Full-Metal-Panic

Another A-M|SM|Silence-evil-XDCC (#A-M, mircx) has the whole series. I hope you know how to work an xdcc bot..
