Dude... you HAVE to learn to upload those sort of things to Imageshack and then thumbnail them in one post. You have totally wrecked this thread.

It's not about using Photobucket. It's about common courtesy to their fellow posters not to wreck the thread by failing to post either links or thumbnails instead of the full-blown pictures.

A moderator had to edit his post just so that the general public can enjoy this thread properly.

I'll answer this bit of idiocy personally but it appears he's been banned. As everyone else was able to gather, I wasn't insisting he use a particular image server -- just that he USE one. If he wasn't smart enough to use one in the first place, I figured the term "image server" might be a bit over his head.

You don't need to register to use ImageShack.

Just go to this page (bookmark it for future reference) and upload your images. The thumbnail link will be automatically generated.

Links are fine (though less helpful since the reader can't preview the image).

The problem with inline full size imagery lies in adding megabytes to the size of a page. It ruins the page for dialup users and, frankly, even with a high speed connection it can really grind one's browsing to a halt. This is exactly the sort of thing thumbnail links are excellent for.
I tend to use Imageshack because it doesn't require registration and automatically provides the linking code to cut'n'paste into your post.
