Is it a "Lost Weekend" can they 'Find themselves'? I am left to wonder, all that is clear is there has been an explosion of the dramatic bomb kind and what the fallout from that who can guess. I will await what dish is served up to me on my dramatic digest for the week.

In the past, Rikka refused to accept certain events had happened. Even now she continues to refuse their occurrence. Because she refused to accept what happened, Touka worries and forces Rikka to face reality. Rikka escapes from Touka and deserts the members of the Oriental Magic Napping Society of Summer at her grandparents' house as she returns to her apartment. Yuuta chases after her. The two spend a long night waiting there.

Unsuccessful in her battle against Touka, Rikka runs away from the battlefield in sorrow. Concerned over Rikka, Yuuta chases after her. As a black veil covers the sky, the two's long night begins.

Episode 8 doesn't seem as dramatic as I thought it would be. Glad they're keeping the mood light-hearted.

I don't know what people are seeing in the episode 8 preview to make them think it's going to be any more light hearted than 7. Honestly, the preview for 7 was no less light hearted than this.

Each member of the Far East Black Magic Napping Society of Summer is preparing for the Maniac Feast (Sabbath). During these preparations Rikka becomes influenced by the Evil Singularity Point and enters an Irrational State. She won't fairly come into contact with Yuuta. In order to stop that, Rikka challenges Yuuta to a fight!

Has their been any announcement yet as to who the staff for 11 and 12 will be?

So far Naoko Yamada, Yukiko Horiguchi, and Taichi Ishidate are missing in this show.

Naoko Yamada only did 1 KA for early episodes and only did the ED.

Naoko Yamada only did 1 KA for early episodes and only did the ED.

We'll get staff listings for the final two episodes around Dec 5-6 when Newtype scans leak.

Ishihara and Ikeda have been absent outside of storyboarding the first two episodes/directing the OP and animation director for OP/ED as well. I'm curious if we'll see them on the final episode. Nishiya has also been absent.
