@age: Silver's connection to the IS network was severed. By the IS standards, that specific core no longer exists. Also, I plan to have Silver purge its own systems to wipe off the IFF scrambler installed in it, which made it go berserk. So even if they can make a connection, no more data exists, unless america would be sloppy to leave hard copy documents of such confidentiality lying around.

@ending plot: Meh, so hard to decide. But Lyon reconciling with the canon cast wouldn't be fun. =))

I propose an alternative ending where Gospel ditch Lyon and erased it's own AI, seemingly killed itself in the process.

And then Lyon found that the AI has been uploaded into something harmless (becoming a robot buddy of sort)

Nope, I.S. grade weapon is just I.S. weapon with alternative power source. As infantry weapon, they're would be pretty much equivalent to antitank weapon: huge and impractical.

This is where miniaturized version introduced, they aren't impractically overkill, but still better than what we have today.

Important: How exactly do they recruit new members? It's not easy to have loyal operatives if you just hire mercenaries.

PT is really just a front for various organization with different motives, but has similar method of achievement.

Some of them has no choice, or the choice is plain sadistic. Louise and other OC are like this. Luise has choice: destroy PT from within, the other one plain loyal aka "Right or Wrong my country".

@eras: honestly, I don't doubt they have records. I'm just saying it wouldn't be too bright to keep it in the public section of the library if the existence of such a thing would put national credibility in jeopardy.

As for rival, Tate's org was the closest thing to one, intelligence wise. (no "Sarashiki organization kick more ass than entire world combined" here)
