Anyway Leena's kiss to Setsuna seems more of a submission act than an act of admiration/love/infatuation/whatever. It's like saying "you're inferior to me so I can do whatever I like to you".

Although I suppose you could argue that since men, on average, have greater weight and upper-body strength than most women that an average man hitting an average woman is an abuse of unfair power. But yeah, it shouldn't be wrong simply because of a difference in gender.

Put another way, if it was another guy who gave the uninvited kiss would you have considered Setsuna justified? If so then why?

AS for punching, I guess it was just reflective instinct. A friend once hit me on the face when i scared the $hit out of him, it was just reaction he didn't think about it.Emotional shock when you receive a kiss like that makes your mind go numb.

This is one episode where you would have to think and say that Setsuna is one FRAGILE guy. He's even more emotionally challenged than Kira/Shinn is.... This is not to knock on Setsuna, but I find him too much of a loner. Heero never did this to Releena, though he would tell her he would Kill her, but never did he hit Releena...

I have seen plenty of "natural" people who are just as deficient. There is nothing superior about doing things naturally. Ali was a "natural", but it doesn't make him any less of a psychotic war criminal.
