Back when I watched the pre-op part of ep.1. , I thought a girl who traded with a man was Satsuki.

However, after I watched it again today, looks like it was different person with similar hairstyle.

Who was that girl anyway???

It hasn't been revealed yet so no one can give you an answer. What we do know is that Kana says "she's from the General Affairs Department", so that rules out Satsuki already.

In one ep the student council head was in her room. Dunno which one but it was at the end of it.

As Yuki meet a young grey-haired girl (voiced by Rie Kugimiya), he's training for the next election stage, however it turned out that the grey-haired girl is responsible for being involved in a Oosawa Incident scandal. In the end, while he crosses paths with Michiru, something horrible happened for Yuki, which causes Chisato in shock. The next episode will tell something about Michiru.

Spoiler for KoiChoco 09 - Ahead to the Past:

The show didn't let its humor vanish completely - Nozomi's stage-in-a-box was impressive, and her delegating Ai and Kii to powering it through their own two feet got a laugh out of me, but for the most part, we're hitting the home stretch and the drama that comes with it. Including Isara's drama resurfacing. Lots of Chisato in the spotlight, along with the intrigue and conspiracy occurring with the current president. The scene at the end with Michiru and her harmonica was cute (apparently no air can get through that thing), but the cliffhanger... there's a lot of people getting run down by cars in anime. I know it was brought up earlier in this thread (complete with photo montage), and now we can add Yuuki as a target of this mysterious, vindictive driver. And for Chisato, bad memories are being triggered again. I wonder if Yuuki will be in good enough physical condition to even participate in the election.

All I can say is TONS OF THINGS HAPPENED if not even more than episode 8.

I like the mix of everything, but I'd like to see further discussion.

Although something looks fairly obvious on what was shown, I used a drastically different way to rethink and convince myself it is not all that obvious.

Well, per what we saw in the episode proper, that's what you're led to believe. From that far away shot, you don't see him standing on the road anymore. The truck was forced to swerve and stop. Perhaps he dodged out of the way at the last second or just got grazed or something, but we don't see that yet.

It's true that Yuuki may be fine in the next episode, however they'll need to talk some stuff that were never explored in the previous episodes, so I can't spoil so much either.

It was kind of obvious that the anime will be giving Michiru some screen time seeing her actions in all of the previous episodes. Even if i didn't read the original game multiple times i would have guessed that and i can't call that a spoiler. Things that i would actually spoilers are the ones in the koichoco games thread.....

As for "origins", in a way it sounds wrong and i am sure you didn't litterly mean origins.

What I mean "origins", I mean something like characters' backstories. However, based on some posts regarding which heroine the MC will pick, I'm very picky to see which girl the MC will ends up : I'm thinking of Chisato, but I would have worried if he ends up with Isara (not that I hate her either, it isn't someone I would have preferred if the MC ends up with).

I have huge doubts that Yuuki ends up with Isara.
I can't see a single shred of romance between those 2 and so far Yuuki's action towards her is more out of sympathy than out of love,

There's even baseball analogies I can think of that furthers hyl's point.

For events that had Isara, if Yuuki stepped up to the plate, the first reason is because another player was injured. The smelling event could be like drawing a walk, and the cut finger incident is like getting hit by a pitch. Even in the campaign bullying sighting its like a wild pitch happened or the pitcher threw a balk, or he got pinch hit for. Overall Yuuki didn't do anything wrong but he never swung the bat.

This is in dire contrast with Satsuki who basically said step up to the plate, swing the ball. You can't really score runs or produce if you don't swing the bat. (And Mouri teaches him how to see and deal with a variety of pitches or how to swing the bat more effectively).

On a Mifuyu analogy it's like don't forget who you're playing baseball for.

On a Michiru analogy it's like don't forget you have runners on base. Or that you're only down by 1.

On a Chisato analogy it's like don't forget what the goal of playing baseball is.

Lol I put terrible analogies, but uh yeah.

Although the episode may suffer from having things going too fast, I do like that the anime inputted a LOT of things. At least if they hinted of something in an earlier episode, at least some of it came to fruition. It's much better than throwing things entirely into the back burner. They retained the core focus (the election) and emphasized minor hinted details and managed to mesh the events reasonablly sequentially.

I was worried I might not have liked what I saw in episode 9 previews, but after seeing it, I like the episode in general.

Chisato's character is seriously infuriating.

I cannot stand the clingy childhood friends who act incredibly needy and expect someone just to love you because of some sort of pity/sob story. It's really really really annoying. She is so pushy about the relationship even though Oojima keeps pushing her away. She cries about feeling distant because she can't read his thoughts? Because he dare talks to Satusuki? Because he supports Isara? She is just a ball of jealousy who feels she has ownership of Oojima.

I jokingly said earlier in this show that this would be Satsuki or bust for me, but my goodness, I think I seriously could not handle another ending (Simply because any other besides Satsuki would make no logical sense at this point). Chisato needs to get over herself.

Chisato is so annoying. She is so overly attached and looks in every interaction with Yuki and another female as competition despite him telling her that he has no love interest in her.
