well even if there will be a 3rd season, the anime is based on the LN series,so there isn't enough vol in the LN series for a 3rd season(at the moment), hell there isn't enogh for an OAV & or a OAD, unless they can come up with original anime ideas

Ichika lost his charm after the second novel, in the first 2 novels he's actually snarky son of a bitch. After that it's all HU-HA-HU-HA-WHA like a 100% retard harem protagonist.

I don't remember a single moment that could qualify Ichika as a good main character in my eyes for several volumes already.
For a supposed mecha piloting protagonist, he is pretty lacking.
