Shingetsu Tsukihime has an opening I like, for it's operatic darkness.
I like listening to the opening of Ah! My Goddess, both seasons.
The opening for Aria the Animation/Natural is very relaxing to the nerves.
The Papillon ED for Busou Renkin is disturbing yet good.

The WINNER for me though, is the opening for BARTENDER, with Natural High's jazzy singing accompanied by some masterful piano work. Youtube versions don't cut it, because the sound quality tends to be too low. The HD h.264 mkv is where the quality is at...

Mah, Since I'm easy to please on the visual side (Just lots of cool guys and girls showing off stylish moves is fine) I'll just go with GITS:SAC...since I pretty much forgot everything else.

Higurashi would have to be my favorite. It just conveys the mood of the show so well.

The first season's OP was meant to convey fear and paranoia, with the ED being a ballad of sadness and despare.

The second season's OP conveys desparation amidst the strife, with the ED being more contemplative and resigned.
