Julia doesn't dislike Michelle... the new characters aren't even on the released Allegiance Chart yet, don't make things up. :|

Also I don't know what to make of that picture with the names on it, I don't think I can believe or doubt that they are actual new characters. I wouldn't mind if they were, hopefully none of them are "clones" of already "cloned" characters (like Tiger with Christie/Eddy... I know they gave Tiger differences... and for some reason never gave Christie and Eddy differences, but it's still silly... ). Also I think it says "Lilla" not "Lilia"... but it's so small it's hard to tell.

and in the game LILI will speak in French? but whether to be just at the beginning and the end of the battle or as in cinematics?

yes she does
be it a winning quote or an intro quote, she speaks french

Leo, Miguel and a lot more other characters that used to speak english now speaks in their nation's dialect (except I think Zafina)
but their battle quotes and voice actors didn't change

I was not made for Lili yes speak French because it is a tool for 2010-2011 ... In any case, I wonder if it also in cinematic speak French? it would be fun for me because I'm French

Why Lily likes Leo? in tekken 5 and 6 both have never crossed, or they were referred to tekken comic? Ganryu in Tekken 5 for she told him that sourciles like those of his father ok ... and Kuma ...? Lili loves bear?

Well, some of the relationships were taken from non-canon medias. For example, in Tekken comic Leo serves as Lili's bodyguard. I think that's where it came from and IIRC she asked Asuka whether Asuka likes bears or not (we can assume why she likes Kuma too, although IIRC the question was about why Asuka put a bear costume when she sneaked into the tournament in Tekken Comic).

The relationship from Blood Vengeance were in too although Xiaoyu and Alisa never crossed path before in canon games. But I agree with momobunny that not all relationships were listed and some looks questionable. But maybe it's only us who don't know the reason behind them yet.

Some relationships are determined by the character's personality and also similarity I think. Like how Feng is liked by Wang and Law (probably because they are fellow kung-fu users), and also why almost everyone hates Ogre, and then Jun (we all know that She's the unknown). Jun likes animals, hence Kuma Panda etc. on her list. While the animals on Miguel's list probably shows his loner nature.

We can see them from their winposes

also, they mostly have a special tag throw / great combo. So a "negative" pairing isn't always bad

besides, Mishima characters are on the top tier so I think the relationships also serve as quite a balancer for the netsu/rage activation.

speaking of top tiers. I can't believe that Bob and Law are the top tiers in Tekken 6 and Zafina was a low tier.

Law is a top tier in any iteration you shouldn't be surprised about that.

Yup Zafina sucks in T6 but annoying to fight against. I think she got buffed in ttt2, she's probably a mid tier right now.
