Why's there even talk of fanservice in a anime like F/SN, i mean.. it doesn't even need it, i would like to know..

and its not so much as talk as that, lets be fair, a certain number of posters are guys, and when some guys see a naked girl in a scene like that theres bound to be a few rowdy/suggestive comments here and there thrown in and joking around.....

Because Anime watchers , who didn't play the game\read spoilers, haven't seen anything yet (I mean in these 9 episodes, there were no deaths\plot twists\whatever , only introduction of servants and explanation of Holy Grail War's rules ) , which would make them treat FSN other than a simple pack of action+comedy,thus they can only discuss fanservice and battles.

Check out Rider's battle outfit, not to mention all the odd camera angles they took of her in episode 9. How is that not fanservice? ;p

In the preview, Shirou ran away because,

A. Shirou wanted to lock all the door sand windows and make sure no one can distrube him and nake sabre

B. Shirou was to get first aid because he was bleeding too much form his nose

C. Sakura (naked or not naked depends on your own fantasy) was standing behind Sabre with a boxcutter

Errm, how about Shirou knows its wrong to look at a naked woman, even more so that she's a legendary warrior.

Just thinking about it, Saber knows Shirou thinks of her as a lady & not a warrior.. maybe she's testing him.

That's what I'm thinking too. Which is why I'll still be looking forward to next episode, just not necessarily for that scene (still scarred unfortunately, not a fault of F/sn). But I'm hoping it'll be a comedic scene.

Sakura? My guess is something like this:



When on the right, she exposes "meh.. that's too embarassing!" -- when on the left .. "but.. coming to think of it, that could be an irrepetible occasion..."

By the way, about that scene, I don't expect anything extraordinary. I'll take a wild guess and I'll say that probably Shirou bumps accidentally into naked Saber (probably she had just taken a bath/shower, after the dojo training), and while for her the fact of being seen naked doesn't represent a problem - due to the true chronological period she belongs too - for Shirou it's a sort of shock, of first time in his life to see women's attributes. Then he runs away crying, and Saber puts that serious expression by thinking "What's wrong?".
Hence I expect a very short scene. And I don't expect somehing blatant to be shown. I doubt that a frontal camera will scorr under her neck.

I'd imagine Sakura's expression to be like that too but..... I think there are some Shuffle fans hoping it would involve a boxcutter somewhere....

Its the fault of the character archetype.

Pupiless eyes+good at cooking homebody type+ "bad vibes"+ crush on hero= OMG look out for the boxcutter.

Seems the whole Shuffle schitck will stay with us for a while.

Shuffle is nothing compared to Fate/Stay Night. To be spoken in same place is a heresy.

Kaede is shallow compared to Sakura. It is like comparing a glass of water to an ocean, when comes to character's depth.

Considering what she went through i'm glad Kaede isn't as "deep" as Sakura.
Curse my imagination, i just imagined a HF-like Shuffle.
