It's probably fairly obvious in context but:
Spoiler for From the episode:

Ahhh... so it's an Engrish issue. It should say "Immortal Object Status Change" and turn red to indicate it turned off. (I think that's what the red color was supposed to mean -- like "Change to be no longer immortal")

Yeah it was supposed to be "change into mortal object", but for some reason he changed from immortal object to immortal object lol.

What are you talking about? The "changed into an IMMORTAL object" sign refers to Asuna, not Heathcliff. Kirito asked Heathcliff to do that to Asuna, probably because he wanted to prevent her killing herself if he didn't make it alive. At least that's what I got from that scene.

But it cant refer to Asuna because she gets 1 shot by Heathcliff.

It refers to Asuna. I don't know why Heathcliff's sword was able to kill her but I think Heathcliff explains what happened. Sorry with my limited Japanese I didn't get what he said at that moment. Let's wait for the subs.

But.. what if an "Immortal Object' can hurt another "Immortal Object"?

I thought he turned Kirito into an immortal object..

It was Asuna. I'm pretty sure about that, at the very least.

No it was Heathcliff turning off his immortal status, I noticed the mistake myself. It should of stated "Changing from immortal object", Or "Changing into Mortal Object", Or "Immortal off" or something else along those lines. I didn't really let it bug me though.

Over all though I really enjoyed the episode, Bye SAO will miss you!, but at the same time looking forward to the next arc

Edit: The best way to look at it though now, would be like what relentlessflame said. You'll have to look at "Change into immortal object" as like a check box on a GM menu an option of sorts. The red would indicate turning that option off.

He didn't do anything to Asuna at the time didn't think he would have to yet, she wasn't supposed to be able to move at all was under the Paralyzed status along with everyone else in the room except him and Kirito.

After watching the scene again, yeah, I think you're right. Although the message appeared in front of Heathcliff, it was after Kirito asked him to prevent her from doing anything to herself.

Kirito's body didn't move an inch for more than two years, how the hell can he walk like that ??

And what happened to the "killer helmet" thing ? Did Kirito received a special favor for completing the game ?

This is just speculation, but I suppose that they stimulated his muscles with electrodes. sure, they would still shrink, like we saw.

What I'm more concerned about is that, does hair grow when you are in coma like state.

Huh, I went the other way around -- when I watched the raw, I figured Kayaba was switching Asuna to an immortal object, but with the subs it seemed like he was changing his own status. Either way it doesn't make a lot of sense.

To put it simply yes, it seems so.

As for how he moved not sure on that myself but at least he had some very visible effects from being in a coma state for so long.
Chalk it up to future medical technology keeping his muscles in a better state then they should be in maybe?

Yep. Kirito's reward for clearing the game, he and Asuna get counted among the players that cleared the game and get to live and return to the real world.

I thought people forget how to walk (as opposed to, say, growing weak)? Meaning, if he was using his brain to move in SAO, he still remembers how to do so in real life. As for his body being weak, well, he seemed like he may collapse at any given moment to me..

The game ended. No more killer helmets. It's the same for everybody as the game was cleared.

After a character dies inside SAO, it takes 10 seconds for the helmet to fry your brain.

I suppose the story asks you to believe Kirito managed to kill Kayaba (and clear the game) within 10 seconds after Asuna dies. That's why both of them survive. This doesn't come across properly in the anime of course, but yeah...
