Oh my god... c330 is so hilarious ^_^
"Oh Nagi... you truly are dense..." - when Isumi said that, I wanted to roll on the floor ^_^ I do hope though that Saki doesn't draw the wrong conclusions out of this, and it sure looks like she is going to. |

What I find notable is that Hata is currently explicitly setting up and referencing multiple romantic dramas without resolving them (very atypical for him)...
First Hayate-Nagi/Luca Now Wataru-Saki/Isumi If he sets up a third crisis, I'm beginning to wonder if he's planning for some kind of big bang. |

More Ayumu~~~! Anyway, Isumi is quite cute. She can be so dense sometimes and apparently so reliable other times. It is sad that we haven't gotten much of Isumi and Sakuya lately. Ohes well, time to wait for more chapters!

"I'm an expert on confessions."
Ah Ayumu... Anyway, this was a rather bad chapter, since nothing really happened. I'm sure this whole business of Wataru trying to confess, unless Hata has something else under his sleeve, could easily have been solved in one single chapter, rather than 2 or 3.

Hm.
*scratch head* Essentially, outside of the Hayate/Athena context (which has special rules attached anyway) this is the first time I can remember that in this show 1) one character implicitly confessed to another (Wataru to Saki) 2) the second character understands it to be a confession and 3) implicitly accepts it Somehow this is feeling strange. Usually Hata would at least chip in some silly misunderstanding to leave everything up in the air. This time he didn't... Don't tell me he's slowly beginning to tie loose ends? |

So, the Tachibana household is getting a new maid? That was rather unexpected I admit.
And I won't consider those Wataru episodes as filler, for they at least include significant sub plot development which propagate on all characters.

Ayumu may have confessed, but Hayate never gave a clear answer. When he was clear about his feelings, he told Hina instead, and even then it was in the pas tense. There's no telling where Hayate's feelings currently lie, if he has feelings for any girl right now. Meanwhile, Wataru and Saki's feelings for each other are clear.

With Ayumu we have a clear "no" on 3). Hayate was flattered, but unable to accept her confession (for various reasons), and Ayumu was always aware of this fact. In comparison, I feel that Wataru and Saki both accept to build a "new future together", and are aware that the other one agreed.
