How `bout a IS-grade plasma cannon? Would that be a overkill?( I mean if it is, I`ll rather classify it as government confiscated IS weapon because of power )

hard science says no, from the previous tries I had in proposing this. This thread's general techwankers have designated it as short to mid range weapon. So basically it reach through the whole arena but for militaristic combat where you expect combat space in terms of kilometers, it won't work.

Yep, hence why Strike Gunner suck

I mean, if you want interdictor/interceptor unit, you want a fast unit with very long reach. At least the Britain learned a lot when they made Zephyr

That thing has more range and firing adaptability than anything I've ever thought up. Well it does have ideas from the high end tech of AD, 23XX and UC 8X

Well its actual armoring is weak. It depends mostly on the phalanx bits for its defense which are also used as attack(sword/rifle) bits. It can connect to the beam carbines to form different kinds of weapons.

Not only such construction are weak, but also HAZARDOUS.

Well those things are special particle capacitors and focuses in one. Allowing for charged particle storage and compression. Though they do shatter, they are at least thirty times as strong as bullet proof glass

Demi choose [Hart] because it sounded more elegant/esoteric I think.

The problem is not detection, as I.S. are stated to have PLANETARY combat sensor by default (ByakuShiki is an anomaly). Weapon range however, is.

The compression should be enough to give her even the tiniest range of 1-3km

repeated firing should ionize the atmosphere enough that the beams become more stable and tack on a couple dozen extra meters. For short-mid ranged battle, the phalanx bits are deployed instead.

Yep, possibly something like extender field, though not by extreme margin like typical depiction.

That said, V5-V6 implied that I.S. use projected field to keep the beam shape (and said 'beam tunnel' can be bent), so yes, 1-2 kilometers should be possible.

An assault-class Frame Equalizer that mounts a single thruster unit with exceptionally high-output on its back with heavy armaments such as - Handheld *Dual-Barrel Rifles. The Golem VII sports two of these, one on each arm and each rifle consist of two barrels; one fires standard particle beam bolts and another is used to fire 30mm explosive solid rounds. - Beam Cannons* mounted above the shoulders. These cannons fire beam rounds with much higher-output compared to the rifles’. Both cannons are usually used in tandem with the rifles. - *Striker Cannons* mounted on the back of the Golem VII, at the sides of its main thruster. These are either used in tandem with the deployed Wing Bits to allow the Golem itself to overwhelm its opponent or as fallback weapons should an enemy get too close to it. Not suitable as primary attack weapons since it doesn’t boast even half the output of a Frame Zealot’s rifle. Additional Features: = Frame Total, a special system for the Golem VII that allows it to mount all three Frame Equalizers at once, allowing it to use all of the Frame’s weapons simultaneously to deliver an extremely devastating barrage attack.
