What seiyuu joke? Jun's and Azusa's seiyuu aren't the same as Misaka's and Kuroko's. The only connection is that Yui's seiyuu is the same as Uiharu's.

That's pretty much it. Both Jun's and Azusa's seiyuu played some misc characters in Railgun, though.
