Because the always fight under the assumption that yes although they can be healed, they can't be brought back from the dead... Most of ise's power are obtained from near death experiences anyway, so for him to think that he's safe by being revivable is... a story breaker, imho.

It actally didnt distinguish between woman and man in volume 11. It also says that they are "gentle-man" who loves oppai. So possibly the female host already disappeared in volume 10 when Ise became Crimson-Queen.

probably cause i've seen both to ultimate extremes, i don't mind sadists as much as long as they aren't say inflicting large amounts of pain on me. and yandere's well i watched the first couple episodes of Mirai Nikki, need i say more.

If Akeno is going by the rules of the lifestyle, then after she inflicts such "damages" she will reward her partner with an equal or higher amount of "recovery"
