Synopsis (from WhizThief):
In the past the boy was referred to as a “war hero”. He saved the ruined country of a different world called Aretia, which then came to become an empire to conquer the neighboring countries, the boy decided and was prepared to throw away everything to return to his world in modern times at the cost of losing his memory of ever coming here. Three years of time passed in his world, the boy was happily enjoying his day-to-day life. He is then returned to the new world again. But, this was an Aretia after 1000 years. His past glory before him as a “myth” The boy was called “twin black hero King” And the Legend is kicked off again.

hmmm, synopsis read similar to reunion with twelve fascinating goddess but only on the "he is once again set foot on the other world." part.

Considering he looks like your regular teen shounen hero on the cover. It'd mean he was 14-15 at max during his first summoning. It'd be a bit of a shock if somehow, he did have kids considering the usual hero tropes.

she, look at the curves of her calf and and thighs, The is also shadow under her chest area, she also wearing a dress - refer to the colored illustrion for better view and no Man ever wear high kneesock while showing their thigh.... well some does but those boots are specially made for man and they are really differed in appearence compare to the one on illustration

Prologue for the first chapter is 1000 years before. the whole story is 1000 years after. The first emperor shows up in the prologue and in between as "Dreams".
