He was referring to Medaka

I actually wondered if Ajimu was actually dead, simply because her flashback to her 'impossibility' before getting killed by Iihiko.

Or, to sort of elaborate, Iihiko wonders if Ajimu found her 'impossibility' yet, and Ajimu remembers Medaka telling her that her impossibility will be killing herself, and that Medaka will always show up in time to interfere and stop her. And of course, right before Medaka runs off, she also says something like 'I'll be right back'. And if you want to really over analyze, you could speculate that Ajimu knew that fighting Iihiko 'head-on' would be essentially suicide. So in a way, Ajimu accomplished her final 'impossibility' and died.

It just sort of feels to me like it's a decent closure to her character. Of course, Ajimu being Ajimu, I also wouldn't be surprised if she somehow gets revived later, but I'd actually be satisfied if this was the way she died, since like I mentioned, I feel like it has closure.

It might've been a good chapter, if not for the shameless, absolutely shameless promotion of the anime.

Christ, that took over 2/3 of the chapter.

But yea. Not buying any of this emotion from Shiranui. Something is up. Hope Hanten explains all this next chapter.
