How did Frenda end up being watched by the big guy (Forgot his name) again? Leader of Skill Out and Member of ITEM doesn't sound like they'd have much of a connection.

Frenda and Big Guy only had a connection through Fremea.

I don't know how Big Guy and Fremea knew each other though.
