from the pv we can see that there are scenes of 2 manga chapters while untill now we were getting 1 ep per chapter, the badass migth show sooner than expected.

very funny episode, a couple of jokes from the manga were cut, but that was most likely to focus more in ichiko's development, and kana keeps her excellent job now as lolichiko, her power is over 9000!!!!

In a way, this show reminds me of "Ah! My Goddess". Back when demoness Mahler
showed up in that series, her beef with Belldandy was that her goodness was
disrupting the balance of the world. Unfortunately, Mahler soon got relegated to
the role of comedy-relief villain.

In this show, we have a poverty goddess, instead of a demoness. And the
good-fortune girl isn't as nice as Belldandy.

But it's a similar conflict, though this story is a bit more sympathetic to the "dark
side". As it were....

Michiko is hilarious in the scene where she fumed over Binbougami and her 'misfortune' in having wet herself. It shows quite a bit on her personality, and frankly puts her development at a very brisk pace.

Bobby and Momoh are bros now. They really make a great dynamic duo, don't they?

@AnimeFan188: Japanese mythology is quite more 'nuanced' than clear-cut good/bad. (It's really amusing how that AMG actually headed to this ambiguity in the last few years).
Both Chichiko and Momiji are very flawed characters, and they wreak havoc on their own, never mind together.
Belldandy isn't the troublemaker and at times seems detached from the calamity that came about due to her arrangements with Keiichi, whereas Ichiko is an unapologetic factor, if not the source of the drama.

Ichiko-Momiji push-pull makes for a more developed form of Tom and Jerry. I think that watching this show makes understand Japanese deism much easier really... as strange as it is to say.

Well, this show has probably been the best comedy for me this season. As for how much they're going to animate, I they'll go to about chapter 18 or so of the manga, since that was a good stopping point.

In many ways, this show asked some questions about what a deity is suppose to do. And questions what they have and have not the right to do.

There is good reason for Momiji to show up and do her job. Ichiko is hurting people. However that justification got murky when Momiji decided to abuse her station and use violence to get what she wanted. When it becomes "I am a god, you are a mortal, so OBEY me!", things got messy.

And as per usual with many classic polytheisms, the humans are often not as powerless as one expects.

This show sure loves making parody of DBZ.

Another great episode, was somewhat a bit awkward and funny when it goes to the ED after all that screaming.

Momiji's new plan backfired as usual.
Sakura was pretty cute in her younger version.
The air tag was kinda cool though.
Tsuwabuki's sister Mika & Sakura - hanging out?
Pretty weird, but she'd do anything to get away from Momiji.
Bobby & Momou are hanging out together, wtf is wrong with this picture?!
Guess they're both pervs so no wonder.
It's amazing how persistent Sakura can be.
Is it possible? She actually likes Tsuwabaki's family now? Wow! That's a big step for her.
Frisbee to the head was LOL
I just love this anime. It's so darn funny!!

Ah, I really needed this. I always hate this two day draught of anime, as I have nothing to watch on tuesday/wednesday.

As for this episode... Aww, chibi-ichiko so darn cute. And we get more of the Tsuwabuki family, which IMO is my favourite part of Binbougami ga. Rika in particular is amusing to watch, and I do love her sister-in-law mode as not only is it interesting to see her all riled up, but also that means it's yet another flag that Ichiko is the sister in law.

Now I really wonder what's happening in the hole. Even the preview didn't give us a teaser, so I'm dying to know.

For me it's the opposite this show bores me when it goes into A Christmas Carol mode.

Kana-chan is amazing in this show. She's going totally nuts. I just can't get enough of all that screaming.

With all the DBZ parodies in this show (it's like they've got a quota), it's no surprise this popped up especially since the characters are actually using a scouter. It has nothing to do with the meme.
