I tried the battle out (and finished the game as well) and just found it man do I feel silly for not mousing over Kentaro. But I also did level him up alot by wasting an Action Fan on those scenarios that give him a major boost. But the Apostle just levels up accordingly, so all you can do against her is just use the potion on your last action point.

For the new Rance game, they are reverting back to the original Rance gamestyle of dungeon exploration instead of what we got in Sengoku Rance, I will be new to it and might enjoy it, but it probably will not be quite as addicting as the gameplay Sengoku Rance brought to me possibly. Also I hope Rance is in this certain place to unfreeze Sill..

I saw that screenshot before, and you know what my initial reaction was? The blue-haired avatar looks a lot like Suzume. I really hope it is, since she was my second favorite character in Rance (after Kenshin and barely ahead of Isoroku).

Oh but you are correct, Suzume *seems* to be making a return and appears to be following along with Rance since he is the only guy she is interested in and she has no ties to Japan. So she is probably free to travel along with him.

Of course that's how I see it, just like you said the blue-haired avatar is almost identical to Suzume, and thinking her characteristics, I think she would join Rance in the continent.

Yeah, the only thing that's making me not 100% sure it's her is the ending of Sengoku, where she stuck around with Kouhime and the others at least long enough for Isoroku to show signs of pregnancy like morning sickness. I suppose she'd be able to leave shortly after that and catch up to him, though.

You can never know what Suzume is up to next apparently (She was also funny in Ran's route where Ran set up a Shikigami that would explode into firecrackers if set off, but when people were alarmed by it she said it was one of her bombs and they were like "Oh it was you Suzume" )

Also I'm thinking of trying the hardest difficulty + Demon King Route (even though I'll lose because they accuse you of cheating if you actually win it) but that might just well blow my mind out but it's a shot I must take!

I only have enough points to get 3 Special Character bonuses, and an extra action fan sadly...

I have a ridiculous number of points (140), but I'm also ridiculously short on save slots. I hear once you hit 999 count, you can't save anymore, and I think I'm somewhere in the 700s or 800s, so I've started just letting the Quick Save be the only saving I do.

Yeah, it also saves up space for your computer I just deleted 80 save points and it was about 356 MB or somewhere along that. (I only have about 25 points or so since I'm still new at this game)

I don't mean save files, but the actual counter it shows for the save number. I only have like 6 save files at most, but I've saved (non-quick save) 700+ times. Once that number hits 999, I hear it won't do non-quick saves anymore.

Can't you delete your saves? I deleted some really old ones from my first few failed playthroughs.

Also regarding Rance storyline, I'd assume it would follow the true route so Isoroku didn't get pregnant did she?

the blond who is between Rance and the sword/shield girls looks like a character form Rance 6. Good to see Suzume but i also wanted to see Senhime as well not like she has any ties left in Japan anyway.

actually alicesoft release epilogue that show what happen after the true route and isoroku was either suffering form Kouhime's poison or morning sickness.

With the entire JAPAN under the rule of Oda, they're still busy from dealing with the aftermath of the war, but overall it's become quite peaceful.
Two people are seen walking down the hallways of the Oda castle in midst of all this.
Suzume is hopping around Kou, who is carrying dango and tea on a tray.
Suzume: odango! odango! It's time for snack! And it's not a killer dango~♪
Kou: Yes…. Kiku-san and Mine-san made these for us…. but I made the tea!!
Suzume: Uiui. Tea made by Kou-sama is delicious. If your dango are 1, the tea is a 1000!
Kou: *sob* Your compliment… isn't very comforting….
Suzume hops forward, and opens the door panel to their destination.
The room, about 30 tatami mattress wide, was covered in flowers.
Kou: I brought snacks here, Sill-san. I hope you don't mind us eating here
Sill, encased in ice was there.
With the panels open, the room had a great view of the surroundings as well as the sky.
Kou placed Sill in this room, where the air flows through well, and the view is great.
It was Kou's idea.
Kou: You know, the sky is connected… all the way to the main continent.
Kou: hm…?
Kou noticed a wreath placed next to Sill.
Kou: What's that…?
Isoroku: It's from Mr Tanegashima.
Isoroku came into the room, following them.
She had a flower pot of balloon flowers in her hands.
Isoroku: He said, Sill would probably enjoy the place more decorated.
Isoroku places the flower pot next to Sill.
The first one to put flowers here was Kou.
She must be lonely here all by herself.
Kou doesn't know if Sill can see them or not, but she figured with some flower, maybe she won't feel so lonely there.
As she started decorating Sill with flowers she found in the yard, others saw her and started copying her.
Soon the room was filled with flowers every day.
Suzume: But he doesn't really understand a woman's heart. It's too gaudy.
Kou: Well… but it makes the place lively.
Kou tries to defend Shigehiko's action.
Hanzou: I chumell tea!
Naomasa: I chumell dango too!
Tadatsugu: Sake!! Where's the sake!!
The three tanuki youkai, Hanzou, Naomasa, and Tadatsugu enters the room.
Kou: Oh… sorry, we didn't bring that much. There's plenty in the kitchen. Ask Kiku-san and Mine-san for them.
Hanzou: gotchu!
Naomasa: Goingchu!
Tadatsugu: Oh…. those two won't let me drink sake during the daytime! Oh well, I'll go eat some dangochu!
As the noisy three leaves the room, Tadakatsu shows up, carrying the sleeping Yasumasa on his back.
Kou: Oh, Tadakatsu-san. If you want some dango, please head to the kitchen….
Tadakatsu: …….. (here)…..
Tadakatsu handed a mountain lily to Kou.
Suzume: Wow, it's a pain getting these! They only blossom deep in the mountains
Kou: Wow… thank you, Tadakatsu-san. In place of Sill-san, you have my gratitude
Tadakatsu: ………………
Tadakatsu blushes a little, and bows deeply before he leaves.
Suzume: He's a true warrior.
Kou: Yes
Suzume: Oh, the tea's gonna get cold Kou-dono
Kou: Oh my, you're right. Then let's have the dango also. Isoroku-san, please join us
Isoroku: Thank you very much, I'll have some
The three take a bite of dango.
Isoroku: ……!
Isoroku's hand stops as she brings the dango to her mouth
Isoroku: u……
Isoroku quickly puts the dango back on her plate, and gets up holding her mouth with the other hand
Kou: Isoroku-san?
Isoroku: I'm sorry, excuse me….
She rushes to leave the room
Natori: Oh!
Isoroku almost runs into Natori, carrying a Lily of the valley in her hands.
Isoroku: Oh excuse me Natori… uh…
Natori: Oh, what's wrong? ……. oh! Suzume, please take these.
Natori notices what's wrong with her, and hands the flower to Suzume, and lends Isoroku a hand
Natori: To the washroom, yes? Let's go…
Isoroku: …thank you….
Natori assists Isoroku in a hurry, and heads to the restroom.
Kou: I wonder what's wrong with Isoroku-san….
Suzume: It's probably pregnancy sickness
Suzume says while decorating the flowers
Kou: Oh oh… could it be Rance's…
Suzume: Yes it is. Isoroku can't sleep with someone other than Rance
Kou: R-really?
Suzume: Isoroku is that kind of girl
Kou: I see…..
As Suzume munches more dango without a care in the world, Kou is shifting her hands nervously.

Masamune: Someone's here before me?

Masamune arrives, riding on his mole cricket car.

Kou: Hello Masamune-san

The cricket car was filled with flowers, rare flowers from the north.

Masamune: This is from me and my wives. Can I decorate them?
Kou: Of course. Thank you
Masamune: Oh, and… I have a letter for you

Masamune hands the envelope to Kou.

Kou: Oh, it's from Miki-san and Kentarou-san!

Inside was a letter, and a oshibana (pressed flower) of a violet.
“Please place this flower on Sill's ice” was written by a handwriting that appears to be Miki's.

Suzume: I'm bringing tons more dango and tea for second servings
Kou: Oh… sorry to bother you
Masamune: Thank you Suzume
Kou: Let's place this violet then
3G: Oh, Kou-sama, here you are. Oh, and the Youkai King also!

3G comes into the room, and bows his head to the two

3G: This is great timing, I have both the leaders of the humans and youkai here. I just recieved a report from Naoe, and I wanted you to hear this
Kou: From Naoe-san?
3G: Yes. They found the Mikado sword from the moutains of Sadokinzan.
Kou: The Mikado Sword…?
Masamune: It's one of the three divine items of the Emperor of JAPAN.

Masamune explains.

Kou: Isn't that an extremely valuable treasure…?
3G: That's correct. That's why Naoe-dono tells us she will give us more info later. And another thing. Sanada and Souun tells me they would like to start preparing against the main continent.
Kou: preparing against the continent….?
3G: Now that the JAPAN has been unified, they feel it's time to look out to the world.
To start with, they would like to construct a large military base near the Tenma bridge.
Kou: Are you telling me there's going to be another war…?

Kou asks, with a worried look

Masamune: That's not what he's saying. In case of emergency, we could hold our ground there, and keep them from getting into JAPAN.
3G: Exactly as the Youkai King says. If we build a strong, powerful fortress there, JAPAN would be near invincible. The fort will be for the peace of JAPAN.
Kou: Is… the real peace still far away?
Masamune: We just have to work towards it
Kou: …… I guess you're right

Kou looks at 3G and smiles.

Kou: 3G, it seems you have a long way till you can die
3G: I will not die until Kou-sama safely marries a good man, and I hold your child in my arms!
Kou: It seems you won't die until you hold the baby of that child either!
3G: You may be right about that. Oh, also… Seigan-sama would like to discuss the dates of Nobunaga-sama's memorial service with you
Kou: I understand. Please tell Seigan-sama I am in gratitude for his kindness
3G: Yes ma'am
Suzume: I brought more dango and tea! I got some for Masamune and 3G as well
Kou: Thank you Suzume-san
Masamune: Thank you
3G: Show some respect Suzume, and call him Masamune-SAMA
Masamune: hahaha, it's all right

As Kou and others chit chat peacefully, Choushin was staring at them from between the slides

Choushin: Hmm… it looks fun in there….. And those dango look tastey…
???: If you think so, why don't you just get in the room, place that flower in your hands near Sill, and join in the conversation
Choushin: huh….?

As Choushin turns around to see who it is, the figure kicks him in his butt and toss him into the room.

Choushin: BUPI-!
Kou: Oh, Choushin-san? Ah….
???: Hey

The one who kicked Choushin was Ryouma.

Ryouma: Hey,lemme have some dango! Dango, yeah dango. Hey, can I eat these while I hold you in my arms, Kou?
Kou: au… well, that's…. uh….
3G: Hush!! You may not treat Kou-sama as a doll!!
Ryouma: Hey look, it's alright. Right, Kou?
Kou: a, au…..
Ryouma: Here you go, gramps. I brought this flower for Sill. Go decorate it. Oh gosh, Kou you're so warm!
Kou: au…. auau…..
3G: Stop that!!!

So the day passes as usual, and as always, it's cheerful and lively around Kou.

Actually, there was an expanded epilogue published in some magazine that sort of brought all the endings (except Ran's, of course) into the main one. Isoroku was pregnant and Kenshin had found the Emperor's Sword (but only the Emperor's Sword).
