I like the one with the black border and text. Although I agree with Rikikai that the font doesn't fit very well...try a different font and perhaps make the text size a bit smaller.

haven't done anything for a very long while. Lately I've only been cropping images that looks nice as a signature anyway, here's my latest work and my current sig it's pretty simple too

I felt rusty so I opened GIMP, and started doing things ^this needs work. lmfao I think the Kirito one is one of my best works so far EDIT: oh and I did these a few months ago. I seemed to have failed to post it here I was practicing my smudging. It didn't work so well so far, I'm still practicing lololol

The one than is really catching my attention is the Chie one, the size and colors might have helped it though...
Seriously, something about the Kirito and Shinji one of bug me. It isn't like they have empty spaces but it's kind of similar, having monotone area than have little detail or variation inside .

I really like the Kirito one! Very nice blending of the character and you created an atmosphere that fits very well with Kirito!
I also like the last one, nice smudge! All the others signatures are also very lovely!

Smudging is something I lost connection with some time ago, and it's really something I need to skill up again (I need to get me some brushes...). I think it works pretty well in the last one regardless, though the difference in sharpness is a negative. The second to last lacks some depth, but is otherwise good colorwise I'd say.
As for the two first ones, I think the first one suffers a bit from flatness. Adding a bit of blur to the background, or very soft C4Ds in the background, might remedy that. The second one is really nice overall and I can't think of something strictly in need of improvement. I'd actually hold that one over the Kirito one, as the latter lacks depth again, and is a bit too dark for my tastes.

@AX
I was experimenting my smudge brushes on the Chie one and was trying to at least create some sort of flow. I guess I did oversharpened the background, that's why it probably lacks depth as for the last one, I was trying to create this... foggy effect for the background to make the smudges on the left side of the render blend to the background. I guess the the settings of the layers were the reason behind the unequal sharpness a fast-v2 edit for the Kirito one I tried to do some selective blurring and increased the brightness a bit. better? imma try editing the 1st sig but, I have somewhere to go today maybe when I get home as for the other 2, I've lost the psd files. No more editing ;_; @rikikai thank you! although I still need practicing on my smudging @ganbaru sorry, I didn't quite get what you meant did you mean you felt something missing from the Shinji and Kirito sigs?
