Horizon's version of the Musashi Ariadust Academy uniform has no sleeves and skirt.
it's more appropriate to say that she's wearing a swinsuit of sorts.

But it does make sense when you think about it. She still works in Blue Thunder and her apron includes those big sleeves so by not using the uniform skirt/sleeves she can easily switch into the apron and out of it. If she had the full uniform she'd basically have to change in and out of the entire costume whenever she worked there. Now she just has to put on/remove the apron.

If she's drying it on her spear then she's not wearing anything at the moment
