How "mecha~ish" is your requirement? Because current series Horizon sure got some of them, but does not play the main theme. Its main genre is echi

Have you watched Vandread and Super Robot Taisen - Original Generation: The Inspectors? They do fit the requirement of Ecchi-mecha. I could name others but what anime of this type that you've already seen?

@risingstar - Macross isn't exactly ecchi...

I'd recommend Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari and IS: Infinite Stratos.

Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari i also reccomend this one, i expected some nudity from this judging from the OP

You could try Infinite Stratos, eventhough i didn't think it was that good because it lacked plot.
