In my opinion, the anime was better then the VN. But Higanbana is better then the Umineko VN and anime combined.

Chapter 2 gives us a pretty good idea where this is going... probably. I'll continue to follow this for a bit, as I'm curious what Moriya will end up doing.

Ryukishi sure turned up the horror aspect in this manga right from the start...
