Yes.

Anyone would. Manaka is out of the picture for an unknown duration. Moving forward is also about dating other people. Miuna has a chance. If she doesn't run with it, it's her fault.

I think it would be really funny if Manaka comes back aged to 18 yo.

Well, this series isn't really about romance but about character growth.

Since Miuna's the narrator in the second half of the series, I think her character development will be the main focus, like Hikari's was in the first half. Miuna will probably be the one to convince Hikari to go save Manaka. It makes sense to me. Manaka saved Miuna's family, and Miuna will help to save Manaka and her love.

But don't mind me. This is just my take on things.

same here. really happy to see Chisaki smile & seeing Hikari again even though I'm hoping for a Chisaki x Robot-kun pairing
since they would be a VERY cute couple together.

For me, it's clear Okada is setting Miuna to lose here, as her rival is the person who protected her new family. All that Miuna admires in Hikari, ultimately leads to Manaka.

Miuna will suffer, but she'll grow as a person because of it. That sounds like Okada to me.

I agree with you, as I said in a before Miuna is now in the the same shoes Tsumugu was until now. So there are high chances that she will freeze just protecting his smile waiting for Manaka's return, as Tsumugu did with Chisaki.

On the other hand I'd find it a bit repetitive. The brilliant thing of having different people in the same position should be to make them doing different things depend on their personalities. And even a way to show the outcome of different choices for a similar situation. Like, what if Tsumugu had forced things with Chisaki? Just saying, because it could work even having the same outcome. Depends on what the writer want to say.

But there's another thing that is not there, yet. When will Hikari say that Manaka sacrificed herself? Will he or won't? The only one who get a hint about that it is Tsumugu and he is even the most probable person Hikari will tell it, until maybe Kaname's return. So until then Miuna doesn't know about that.

Having said that, in any case I concur with your last sentence about suffer and growing. Hikari is set on Manaka. I also agree with what you said about him.

and you won't disappoint. i thought the show has some nice animation and
the characters look very cute and lovely and good and wonderfulness.

espcially Chisaki after that 5 years skip. she becomes even more beautiful. but that

Just don't forget Okada is here, so don't put all of your hopes on something since there are high chances of them being squashed to smithrens(if True Tears is any indication for you) .

I think those white wing-like things behind Manaka's ears are actually part of her physical make-up. They were pointed out to be gills in one of the early episodes, unless that was mistranslated. I didn't pay attention to what they were actually saying in Japanese as much, back then.
