She is sugizaki ken's biggest obstacle when he want to enter the student council for the first time. Runa always get 1st place and a perfect score in every test. she is working at the game store where ken always buy his eroge.

Actually besides her student council harem, there are many other girl that likes ken in this series like his classmate idol meguru, the girl from newspaper club and her loli sister, Runa too show a nice impression to ken,his sister ringo, his ex-girlfriend.....dammit ken how many harem do you want to add!!

Ken put all his effort to win because he view runa as a rival. In the end both Ken and Runa got 1st place together and this is the first time something like this happen in their school. When ken wondering and ask what will happen next, runa said that she never said that she want to enter the student council, in other word ken can get the privilege if he want to. This of course makes ken wonder if he truly win againt runa in a comedic sense.

it's about minase runa. It's a shame she's never got a bigger role in the main series. But from the cover of the shin seizon, it's look like she will be a new member of the ne student council along with the unknown girl on the cover. not sure about runa's position in the new student council, maybe as a treasurer. Minase runa is in the same grade as sugisaki so they will graduate together.
