Anyway to add music in Movie Maker?

anyway, or do I need another program. The last few I did I clipped it all together, then I burned it to vcd, played it back into my camcored with the video in "Y"ing the original audio and the song I wanna have playing , firewire it back into the computer and call it a day. Thats a real PITA! whatesle can I do?

You're burning a VCD. VCD is a format that uses MPEG1 video and MPEG1 layer 2 audio. So you're going to want a muxer that weaves the video and audio of those specific types together. TMPGEnc is one of those. Google for it.

The only thing that i can think of would be to use permere, I dont work with windows movie maker, but i have never heard of any free movie editer that allows you to add a mp3 track altho i could be wrong. I just am mentionoing to you ur options but i know permere may be to expensive, but thats what i use and i even posted how to add a mp3 in premere in another topic.
