Exactly one of the issues(though trivial) with some animes, they walk to just about everywhere.

Dunno, I don't think that's impossible, but will be very embarrassing. As for the second question, depending on how evil she is and if she's sympathetic or not. If she's merely a pawn, somewhat sympathetic, and too crazy to know about good and evil (though she probably knew the concept of orderly/Chaotic), then vitriolic best bud is not impossible.
