Finally after ten years

Age of Wonders II is one of my favorite turn-based strategy games. Even when comparing with other TBS games, it has many unique elements that I really like. So it's small wonder that this news made me excited. Even if it was a AoW II clone with 3D graphic I would be a happy man. But the gameplay trailer looks great. Can't wait for this game to release ^^

These are great news, now let's hope nostalgia doesn't ruin my gaming experience once it comes out.

Looks promising, can't wait to get more content out as AoW II remains my favourite TBS game...must convert the heathen Heroes of M&M players to this^^

Loved AoW II and will def be looking forward to this.

I find the old Heroes games are great but the recent Ubisoft ones are, well, not my cup of tea.

One of the upcoming game I'm looking forward to. From reading on the main forum, the game's system look like it's much more complicated with the reputation.

I'm worried that since so much time as passed, the game will be transformed for the worse, kind of like the downgrade from Age of Empires 2 to AoE 3.
But I really liked AoW2. Still play Shadow Magic occasionally.
Really liked using the Archons, even if one of the wizards was a Pacifist.

I agree. I feel extremely stupid to buy might&magic heroes 6 (why did they change the name??). I did manage to get a refund though and just finished the game with a crack.
