Wow.. I got to admit.. Gin's eyes is kinda sexy to be honest ;D. Never thought he would open his eyes haha! And turned out to be a nice guy ;O

Ichigo's fight with Azien is amazing. Stopped playing my game for that fight.. It was good. When I heard the song I knew it was going to be good. Next episode is going to be epic..

YouTube implemented a shortcut for it, just pause the video, right click it and you'll see the "copy specific time" selection. Before it was a code you typed in if you wanted to go to a specific time.

I suspect the fillers will be better than what Kubo is cranking out right now.

Things first is, in my opinion, that the anime's episode provided a more approachable and friendlier explanation about Aizen's Hogyoku than what the manga did.

Second, there are about 50 people out there at least who are more knowledgeable about Bleach manga or anime and have a more developed talent for analyzing and criticizing the characters. Hence, the following will be my personal opinion at surface level.
When Gin got introduced and later his betrayal was disclosed along with Aizen's way back SS arc, back then I did not feel he was the ominous villain. He definitely fits the mold with his mannerisms and subtleties, however, Kubo did a fair job at keeping his nature ambiguous.
Whatever Gin did from when Aizen scouted him up to this current episode, he did not account for anyone else, that's the way I'm seeing it. He simply waited for decades for the chance to get things even against Aizen for what his lackeys did to Matsumoto.
If the only thing Gin ended up regretting was making Matsumoto cry one more time, and he couldn't bear to have stricken her with sadness once more.

As far as the start of what seems to be, finally, the last and climatic match against Aizen, I applauded Ichigo for doing what he came to do. He only replied back to Aizen, and he was able not only to shut him up but also to strike Aizen with fear; the fear at not being able to understand something out of his mind.

What else is to understand? Ichigo came to settle things in order to protect Karakura town. This is not about understanding as Aizen gloats, but about that reality is changing, because Ichigo has begun to shift the power-balance paradigm, and Aizen just clings at attempting to understand why his evolution is failing to live-up to his expectations.

Hell yeah, this episode was awesome! Just look at Ichigo. He's awesome. Will he ever be more awesome than right now?

There are a lot of examples about when you lose that spot, isn't easy to come back, because another show will be using it and with a lot of manga material behind it. (Slam Dunk, Rurouni Kenshin, Air Gear, Tenjou Tenge, etc.)
What?! If they did a proper 2nd half to Kenshin I'd be all over that shit!

I'm sorry for the ZOMBIE bump, but, i was re-watching this episode for the epic. (along w/ 309)

Note how Aizen mentioned that 'perhaps' a 'true form of a Zanpakuto' was a form 'merged' with the arm?

why is it that now suddenly I noticed that during Torshiro's fights when he goes into bankai, that his arm is fused in it's own form?

It's probably an idea Kubo revisited after making Hitsu's bankai design.
