So this time it's money issues for the house and stalker girl's jealousy. I don't know how smart/stupid it was to share the secret with her.. don't know if it's worth the trouble she gave them by tossing out the hat.
Penguins were funny again (^-^)

Not really I think you're over-thinking coincidences regarding a crappy, yet POPular band that should have been forgotten a long time ago

This is one of those things that looks worse if you pixelate it.
Spoiler for nsfw?:

I don't know if it can be called an arc, or how it ultimately ties in to Himari, but we know more about Ringo now than the 3 siblings don't we?

Good thing it was never pixelated then I would imagine the massive spam of sexual jokes people would come up for that.

I came into the thread to express my enjoyment over this week's episode and then I saw this. Congratulations, I'm now laughing uncontrollably and no longer have anything to say.

Hmmm, yeah. I don't know how I should feel about Ringo now. On one hand she's totally crazy, on the other hand I kinda feel sorry for her.

Damn you. I too have lost the words I wanted to say about this episode, which I felt was actually quite fantastic, I must go recollect myself .

Oh hey, that's me during valentines, christmas, new years and basically other stupid holidays...

Anyways on-topic. The series has been confirmed for 24 episodes (dunno if it has been mentioned already in this thread) so even though they haven't show much of Himari's and her brothers' pasts there is still plenty of time to do that. The scene with Masako shooting those girls with whatever she had felt a bit weird but hilarious nonetheless. The execution of events in this particular episode regarding Ringo's past was done nicely. We have yet to see the exact relationship her late sister had with Tabuki. I kinda doubt it was romantic and hope Ringo gets over her obsession. I'm really hoping for a Shouma x Ringo end

This weeks episode certainly brought this show to the next level. Basically, Ikuhara isn't holding back. What with the plushie flashback and that fabulous stalker scene. Just when you thought Ringo couldn't get anymore.. yeah.

& those penguinballs. Those penguinballs!

Oh, damn it, I'm at loss for words after seeing the gif above too.

Must concentrate...

Ok, that was an amazing episode. Definitely worth the two weeks wait. As others had already guessed, the diary belonged to Momoka, Ringo's sister. She's been trying to accomplish the future written in this diary thinking she can become her sister and that it will prevent her family from drifting apart. A pretty touching story. She's still fucking nuts, though. Ringo, living under someone's house doesn't equal living with them

Natsume continues to be creepy (I loved the visuals during the "brainwashing" scene) and is revealed to have her own penguin, one that looks pretty evil. She has a project M of her own, which I'm guessing is more dangerous than Ringo's.

Project M, wonder wha that M stands for. What are the chances that it is actually the same project?
Didn't noticed that Horie Yui is voicing Natsume.

Wow, i'm absolutely loving how the story is turning more darkful and sinister. Ringo is freaking me out though terribly.

Edit: Reusing the survival strategy animation is getting real old real fast. I can't help but just face palm now that we always have to go through *insert name* stripping and people falling. I know they blew a ton of money making that scene but come on ya know. -_-''

Uh... did anyone else notice the Death Note Ringo had on her desk under Momoka's diary?

Is this gg subs trolling me again, or did they actually make that reference in the anime?

1. Yes, I noticed it. Perfect analogy for her obsession with the diary.

2. Nope, it was in the raw, so it's not fansub groups trolling you.

Episode 6 was very enjoyable and exciting.

Breaking the episode up into two separate plotlines was a good approach, as I felt that they complimented each other.

Ringo is an extremely fun character, and the character reveals made about her in this episode made for some neat twists. I like how there's something more than just romantic idealism pushing her forward. As crazy and eccentric as Ringo is, her reasons for being that way encourage sympathy, and that's a good thing.

The plotline involving slingshot-with-a-scope girl was nicely mysterious, adding a lot of suspense. Just as some of Ringo's cards are revealed, a new person takes a seat at the Poker table, making some odd calls, leaving me in wonderment over what this player might be like, and what hand she might be holding. Again, good compliment and contrast.
