I think here depends if the author want both Ise and Rias equal(no that they give a damn about this..at least for me).IF the author don't go with the being equal ,I agree with you othervise will be Ophus or Akeno.

Opfus cant be a piece.. her power is too strong.... shes more powerful then any maou's + gods + other dragons...

I still think this is a ways off before we start thinking about Ise's peerage. n0m said he recently discovered that Ise can't have his own Evil Pieces until he becomes a TOP Class Devil. At this point, I think defeating Chaos Brigade takes precedent before Ise thinks about promotion to the highest level.

Also, I find it funny that every time Ise is incapacitated or taken out we switch to Kiba's POV. He's like the official stand-in for Ise. We've only been in Rias' shoes for one brief moment back in Volume 2.

Well yeah - but where you stand in Devil Society isn't determined by strength alone. It's more about stature and status. That's why they had to take tests to advance and only one aspect of the test was battling.

Kinda like how Naruto is the strongest character in the series and still ranked as the weakest class of ninja.

why none of you think of my kuroka-i claimed her first-as...mutated bishop(she would need two of them otherwise)or knight-asia can stay with her "onechan",rias,like akeno and koneko;even without counting ophus-too strong,as other said before-there's just no enough pieces for all the girls who already want(zenovia,asia,ravel,kunou,kuroka)and those who will in the future:think about how popular will ise be in vol.13 in the three worlds-come,fallen angel-once he'll have 1.sacrificed his life for a loli(dragon) 2.cheated death once again 3.defeated hades.

I noticed a lot of people talking about the Walking Hax Code, and from his powers he sounds invincible (except for one shot kill from ise or vali), but in vol 6 life 4, ise uses something called Longius Buster(Breaker?) against that Maou guy. Can ise destroy Longius?
