Yeah. I was lurking like forever. I just read the threads thoroughly to get information on Ise and Rias. I was like everyone else. I read the first volume and I was like "Well all Rias sees Ise as is a servant/little brother!". Then I read n0m@n's spoilers and became quite content. I then joined just to thank him for his translations and spoilers.

Now that the anime is started, people are probably gonna be just like me - wanting to know what the deal is with Ise and Rias. High School DxD is unique. It spends the first Volume focusing on setting up the story like it's supposed to, but it also spends most of it's time setting up the relationship between Ise and Asia. Most of the time, you'll have them establish the protagonist's relationship with the main girl early on. It isn't until Volume 2 that they show the relationship between Ise and the main girl, Rias.

Most of my friends who have seen Episode 1 all asked me about the relationship between Ise and Rias and told them to just wait and see. But I'm sure tons of people will have questions. Also, a lot of people saying they don't like what a loser Ise is. How smart of them to judge a character after one episode.
