Works where the villain specifically targets "innocence"

I was wondering what good stuff is out there where evil is primarily trying to get their hands on a person specifically because of their innocence, generally with the goal of corrupting or destroying that innocence.

I actually started thinking about this while trying to remember an old American movie I saw, where a woman wormed her way into a family, seduced the father and alienated the mother, all in order to get her hands on their 8-year-old daughter. The reason is implied in a picture book about a "prince" seeking a princess; the woman wants to make the girl, still young enough to be blameless in the eyes of God (according to some people's beliefs), the bride of the "prince" a.k.a. Satan, just as the woman's own mother had been. I saw this some time long ago, but I can't remember its name and it drives me crazy; but thinking about it made me curious about similar concepts, such as going beyond sacrificing an innocent's life to devouring an innocent's soul and turning her into something else.

One very recent work showed a slightly similar concept, but one where this aspect of the plot had come and gone:
Spoiler:

I don't know of any other works, like this, but the concept interests me.
As usual, almost anything goes, manga or anime, grade school appropriate or 18+, so long as it doesn't go too far and has a good, real plot that doesn't end in pure despair.

Um, Madoka Magica ? The 'villain' targets young innocent girls and takes advantage for his/her own ends.

Well... uh... the big baddie of Now and Then, Here and There specifically targets young girls to... keep his army "manned".

Washizu in Akagi specifically targets young men because he's jealous of their youth, but they're not particularly innocent.

First of all, if 18+ material is okay, then you can safely pick pretty much any rape hentai ever made. Most of them are based on turning virgin girls into sluts by continuously abusing them. Those are forgettable for the most part, though and only good/bad for their pornograhpic content depending on which way you float.

As for some real anime:

I remember the first season of Magic Knight Rayearth having this sort of setup, at least to some extend. There is a kidnapped princess, whom the villain continuously extorts to admit herself to him. It has some unexpected twists too. It's not really as powerful as it sounds, but I think the theme and consequences are present. It is more of a evil resulting from love type of story.

Vampire Hunter D movies have vampires capturing fair maidens for themselves. Rather unimpressive in their conclusions, though.

Windaria had a main character who falls to corruption because of plain old greed.

Maybe Gankutsuou as well, though it's not exactly active development for the character in question.

Slight adjustment. Nothing where the reason they're targetting innocents is a personal perversion or a greater enjoyment gained from purer targets. Meaning most rape stories are out, as well as stories like Now & Then Here & There, where the villain is after girls because they're girls, and their innocence is just a bonus. There has to be something the villain is seeking to achieve by finding innocents, or some reason that only the innocent are acceptable.

Rayearth does partly work in some surprising ways, such as
Spoiler:

Madoka Magica fits to a good extent; I somehow didn't think of that one.
Spoiler:

Not anime-related, but does anyone know a good place to go to try and find the name of the movie I mentioned at the top? I scan through Wikipedia's lists of drama/thriller/horror/supernatural films, but no luck.
