The whole 1% vs 99% thing coming up again. Magi does bring it up in a pretty interesting fashion though, as this is an issue that's often glossed over in a lot of manga with special powers/magic.

I'm looking forward to seeing the mangaka's take on how to resolve such an issue.

My impression is that Al-Sarmen is secretly supporting the ruling government of Magnoshtat though at this point of time...

Assuming that they're partly ( or entirely ) responsible for the unnaturally large quantities, availability and other unnatural elements of the magical tools, it would only be natural that they'd be supporting ( using ) the Magnoshtat Academy, the one capable of producing the magical tools.

Of course, if they wanted another Dark Djinn incident, that's another story. But it does seem like Al-Sarmen's execution of their plans differ country-by-country, and for Magnoshtat, although we've had limited view into what their vested interest this point, doesn't look like a repeat of Balbaad.

Not to mention... if they wanted to create a commoner revolution, they wouldn't had turned the Mushtatim Princess into a Dark Metal Vessel user, but rather a figurehead to lead the oppressed.

Doubt even a magi can win against hundreds of magicians.
Even Titus could destroy an Ugo, if the teachers are at Titus's level, Aladdin will lose in the long run.

Though after physical training Aladdin's magic level increased, I wonder if it'll affect his magi ability as well (absorbing more rukh)?

Yes, I am very sure it will but it takes more than that to beat the magicians.

If Aladdin's 'Alma Toran' memory is to be interpreted literally... the magicians rebelled against Solomon's 'One World', and were a big part in its fall.

A fall of a country that had 2 magis (let's assume the 3rd magi's betrayed Solomon) , and what can be assumed to be a rather strong force composed of magicians and others. (even if we assume Alma Toran is a peaceful nation, surely they must have been relatively powerful)

Yeah, definitely not solo-able.

Magnoshutatt's 5th class system is not sustainable though. If their children are not able to live past a certain number of years, their population will eventually dwindle. So I'm guessing conquest is part of their plans, hence why the Laem empire is preparing for one.

No, just those born with lower than normal magoi capacity do not live long.

So I just checked out some of those omake pages from the volumes and I found it highly amusing that some of them clearly parody Doraemon. Like seriously, Alibaba even perfectly mimics Nobita's goofy panicky arm-flailing poses! I'd love to see the author take that idea further (like maybe Morgiana can be Shizuka, Hakuryuu can be Sunio and Sinbad Gian or something

).
