Jin got himself and girlfriend and now he wants a white picket fence life.
That part is sorta naive considering his situation.
Kouga was not having it easy with his sister's "kidnapping".
Looks like his idea of being a hero isn't quite like the reality of things.
Seems like he got himself into quite a mess...
Haitani finally made his public move and graduated to a real enemy.

somehow Kouga is always being put in this kind of situation, but this time he did try to save everyone instead of just killing evil

I think the test is a trick. There is no right decision, its all to mess with him.
Once things settle down, someone should give Konoha 1 tight slap. Their house has just been bombed and she just ran away alone and give other people troubles.

As far as anyone knows, the Sweeper is a singular being (in both mediums), meaning that he can't be everywhere some evol goes on a rampage for kicks. Heck he even says so (in his Kiritsugu voice ) that he was too far to stop the crustacean duo.

And color me surprised that we got this arc animated, even in modified form. I expect it to still be bloody, but hey, at least that's the only splattered fluid we'll get this time.

What a good ep. Tons of action, kouga gave those 3 justice. Lets just hope he does go berserk and kill everything because of his flimsy mental state.

The problem with this is that it pretty much validates Jirou's position: that for all Jirou being a jerkass, Kouga's ideals about justice are just a flimsy excuse for him to play hero. This the opposite of what happened in the same scene in the manga, which many see as a very powerful affirmation of Kouga's beliefs after all the HELL he's been put through.

So this is a disservice to Kouga, if anything.

Nice animation in this episode, especially at the beginning. As for the plot, it seemed okay to me as an anime only viewer. I'm curious to see what they intend to do with Kouga's character.

Players rampaging around.
Kouga... decisions, decisions. A bunch of bad ones too.
Things are seriously getting out of hand.
There sure is a lot of hatred going on towards the Amagi family.
Very interesting episode.

they should have put a bug on Kouga to control him while they can, anyway that 3-kill move was quicky and deadly

Hanako being attacked, again... these heroes have to start planning for the safety of their close ones

That is just brutal stuff. Poor Hanako. Never would've thought her to be the Sand monster.

Haitani sure made a nice little show to twist the truth in his favor.
Kouga to the rescue!
Now that's a rare sight... Jin being saved.
Looks like Haitani is very serious about his "age of players".
Well.... no wonder this happened since humanities' failed experiments always come to claim their revenge *sigh* they just never learn..
Damn that guy, he somehow always gets exactly what he wanted to achieve.
At least we finally get so his complete form in some serious action.
It was kinda sad, but also infuriating about what happened to Hanako.

Totally saw Kouga killing daddy Amagi, never thought he'd shoot his own mother though...plus, he got his fight with the knight player, hurray! Hanako PLOT TWIST was really the kind of scene where you go "wat"...but I guess this sets up a Jin vs Kouga finale. Dare I predict Jin's death at the hands of Kouga? I sure do!
Spoiler for said script:
Bad enough?

Nah... That was a scene where Konoha x Jin shippers start to dance in the streets. No way for those 2 (Hanako and Jin) to stay together ever. Konoha will get a guy with experience who now knows what protecting a loved one really means.

Spoiler for "for another script":

Hanako had to know what Jin did and while she could talk she could have said something to him. Now, she's caught in a lie that she can't clear up and about to be killed. Poor chick is in the worst situation ever.

Since everyone is beginning to predict scripts, here I go!

Spoiler for Mine:

No, but seriously, innocent Hanako is caught up in this when she probably has nothing to do with it. She has parents right? Are Players born a player or are they somehow made?
