I've seen some of it....but not the parts with her. Still, saying she's the "cutest anime character is existence" is a very tall thing to say. People are going to go "yeah right", no matter what character is suggested because everyone has a different idea of "cutest".

In order to be cute, one needs to look cute. She looks cute but she's not like "OMG SQUEE" when you first look at her, if you don't know her. There are many characters that look cute enough to make me squeal even if I've never seen their anime or know what they're like. Visual Key's girls immediately come to mind, as Noizi Ito's, simply because they're so talented at producing freaking adorable character designs.

Now, I'm WELL aware that personality and mannerisms alone can make a character cuter, but I think it's just better to have the whole package.

Wendy (Fairy Tail), Rose (Dragon Crisis!) and Nyarlko (Haiyore! Nyaruko-san) are many of the cute characters I find them cuter.

hmmm...too many...I think Eucliwood of Kore wa Zombie desu ka? is cute and also Ririchiyo Shirakiin of InuxBoku SS. But the girls of Sora no Otoshimono are some of the cutest, especially these two...

The title of "cutest anime girl" tends to fluctuate with me a lot of times, and my current choice out of oh so many is the girl who never lost hope, Madoka Kaname.

Of course, in another year's time (or even another month), it'll probably be a different choice for me.
