@your list. You don't forget to put more? Then, there's still plenty to recommend if you're willing to check any genre with romance in it.

Not on your list (with romance & male lead):

Gunparade March (school life, drama, mecha)
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (comedy)
Broken Blade (action, mecha, war)
To Aru Majutsu no Index (action, sci-fi, fantasy)
Hayate no Gotoku (comedy)
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (action mecha)
Last Exile (sci-fi, fantasy, war)
Katanagatari (comedy, samurai, drama)
Kimagure Orange Road (rom-com, a little bit supernatural)
Nagasarete Airantou (harem, comedy)
Popolocrois (medieval fantasy)
Martian Successor Nadesico (action mecha)
Kare Kano (SoL, drama)
Gun x Sword (action mecha)
Da Capo (harem)
Rahxephon (action mecha)
Megami Kouhousei/Candidate for Goddess (action mecha)
Evangelion (you know about this already)
Gundam SEED (action, mecha, war)
Samurai 7 (action, fighting, mecha)
Romeo x Juliet (action, phantasy)

Tales series (Tales of Symphonia, Tales of the Abyss, Tales of Vesperia, etc)
Other Macross series.

Is that enough?

Yoake Mae yori Ruriiro na: Simple anime, focused only on romance/drama. Very sentimental. The story is very simple, but will give you lots of emotions. The story is settled in a background where Earth and Moon were at war, and now are in peace. The Moon Princess comes to Earth, to live in a family host for some time, and there she'll meet again a boy. The romance plays around the two falling in love and wanting to unify Moon and Earth. There is of course the dickhead who doesn't want peace and pisses them off, providing drama. I loved this title.

Then i would totally suggest you:
The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 1&2 season + movie

This last title wasn't suggested, because it's more a comedy with a little touch of romance in it. However, you should fall in love with it because the protagonist is the male lead, who is a smart rational and sometimes cynical guy. There is ONLY his point of view, so you'll live the anime in first person. There won't be any other povs. 99% of the time, his thoughts will coincide with yours. It's settled at school, and it's about a boy, Kyon, and a girl, Haruhi. Haruhi is energetic and a bit weird, since she's bored of life and wants to meet aliens, time travellers and so on. She actually is some sort of god, and anything that she wants becomes true. She is unaware of this, and if she ever came to know about this, she could eventually destroy that boring world and build up another one. Kyon's and other guy's(that he'll encounter) job will be the one to entertain Haruhi, so that she doesn't get bored. Told this way totally doesn't make justice to the anime. It's way deeper than what it looks like. Give it a try. The first 6 episodes are what will get you into the story. Especially the last episode of Melancholy. Ye, this anime is taken from an ongoing light novel, and they made two seasons of this anime and a movie lasting more than 2 hours. The movie is actually the one that will totally make you fall in love with the series, but to enjoy it to full you gotta watch the two seasons.

Ps: the two seasons are a total of 28 episodes; however, 8 of those episodes are all the same, and they are named as Endless eight 1-8. You want to watch just the first and the last, since others are exactly the same with just some clothes changing. You also should check out the exact chronological time, otherwise u'll be confused.

Said this, enjoy.

Oh shit, i thought you wanted to know which titles to watch out of that list; sorry i just noticed, my bad.

Oh well, then yeah, there are only Yoake Mae yori Ruriiro na and Melancholy left. The first is 100% romance with growing drama from half the series. Melancholy of Haruhi is very similar to Angel Beats, as far as sci-fi and character design is concerned. You'll find that the male protagonist of Angel Beats is very similar to Kyon of Melancholy. You should definitely enjoy it, even tho Melancholy is lighter, with a more mindfucking time travelling paradox. Still, the big piece is the movie, so you want to build up experience behind this series. If this series will impress you, you might even want to read the novel itself (The anime only covers 5/11 caps of the novel), and the novel is still on going.

I gotta add ichiban ushiro no daimaou: kickass male lead with demoniac powers, in a magic school background, surrounded by chicks. You should enjoy this. There is also Kannagi, that i still have to watch; i just know it's settled at school and got romance; it's on my list. MM! is about a masochist and a girl who wants to help him heal this "disease". The girl is totally cute, but later on it becomes too weird (like he turns in some sort of supersayan with a belt and other nonsense shit), and that's why i dropped it. If you endure it, you might like it. Give the first episode a try, because i liked the art design. Akikan is a story about a boy who is drinking a can of a drink, and then the can transforms into a girl. It plays around this kind of Can/girl weird story, tbh i just watched the first episode and dropped because it was too weird/nonsense.

You kinda watched everything, i guess. I can only give you the link of one of my topic, where i was requesting this kind of anime; maybe you can find there some other title, because i don't remember em all http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=107800

cya, i'll edit my previous post, removing part of the textwall.
