I will be depress if its just 12 anime episode. The Light Novel been a blast to read, all I hope for is a decent anime for it. Most light novel anime at an average has 12 or 13 episode which is weird in my opinion. The only light anime novels I think that has more than 12 or more episodes are The Legend of Legendary Heroes, Chrome Shelled Regios, and Kaze no Stigma. Well Znt had a few seasons, but overall had 12 episodes each. I just wonder why writers of those anime change the formula of the Light Novel, people love reading the Novel, so why change it? Oh and here is the direct link to the page of the opening song of Campione, took me a while to find it. So those who are having trouble, its here. There is a scene with Child-Athena throwing owls on Godou in Trailer.
is that happen in V4?

I Don't think that happen in V1 since the first time they don't fight at all, when they fight Athena is already in Adult mode...

I hope we get more than 12 episodes. I want more than 12, when it is 12 episodes things just seems rushed. Why do anime companies just put it in 12 episodes majority of the time? There are so many things I want to see in the Campione anime especially this scene

The first episode seems to be the first time godou becoming a campione....problem is they might delete some scennes making it 12 ep. but i hope that wont happen though

I'm glad you're looking forward to the scenes you enjoyed in the novel, but I don't think the mods will allow these novel spoilers in the anime thread.

Anyway, since the Volume 5 character Ena has appeared in promotional materials, they can't possibly fit everything in 12 episodes. But whether it is 2-cour or split cour, who knows?

Yep. I've already read comparisons to the Hidan no Aria and ItsuTen animes...

Well, it looks decent, the action is good and Lucretia and Erica/her VA are good. But plot-wise it's a disaster like few others. It's not Campione anymore.

(Edit: maybe I will watch it to the end after all... out of scientific curiosity)

I haven't watched ep1 yet. I wasn't free for the broadcast and I haven't found it elsewhere yet.

Anyway. Now I am quite sure it will be finished after 12 or 13 episodes. At least I hope so. The 24 was under the assumption the staff is reasonable and they don't screw up. Which they did...

You'd think people would learn that throwing your viewers RIGHT into the story all of a sudden, slapping them with a whole bunch of terminology and typical settings, and just being too fast in general on the FIRST episode would only scare away viewers...
Which is a shame because the mythology thingy at the end kind of seemed interesting.

And what was that pointless foreign language at the beginning? No one else spoke in it later?!

Well, that happened because they cramped all they could from vol.3 into one episode... orz.

They just pulled out a ZnT with Campione novels, and thats not good, not good.

Why?

The series has a good premise, putting aside the harem thing, it has the potential to be a very good series .
