Clearly "birthday" is offensive to the paradoxically-living.

A spokeswoman for the Department of Education told the Post the banned topics do not constitute censorship but a way for “students to complete practice exams without distraction.”

They aren't allowed to print something onto a test. How is that not censorship?

It isn't censorship really, but it IS utter banal evilly stupid. Sounds like the Department of Education in that state could be sliced out of the budget without any negative effect at all. They're spending all of their time trying to sterilize the information for fear of exposing students to (gasp) other ideas. That means the legal department controls the situation rather than educators, I suppose.

The utter absence of any forensic evidence will forever make this a "he said/he said" affair, or would if one of them weren't already dead. All kinds of claims have been made about grass stains on Zimmerman's head and how he was punched in the face by Martin. Why aren't there any photographs of how Zimmerman appeared after the confrontation that might support his claims? Oh, right, the Sanford police didn't bother to take any. How about skin samples from under fingernails and the like? Blood stains on Martin's corpse that match Zimmerman's blood? The list can go on and on.

We're simply left with the impression that Zimmerman told the police that he felt threatened and shot Martin in self-defense, and the police replied, "Sorry about that. Here's your gun. We'll take care of the rest."

Turns out there was video shot of Zimmerman's arrival at the Sanford PD. He looks essentially uninjured without any evidence of the broken nose or head wounds that have been previously alleged.

I came here to post that. This makes me very mad. He said in his latest claim that Martin attacked first, threw him to the ground, and was smashing his head into the pavement. He said he had blood and grass stains on his clothes, a broken, bloody nose, a fat lip, and a bloody gash on the back of his head. In this video of him, there is NONE of that. Zimmerman has lied twice about what happened that day (he gave one story, and then changed it a few days ago). We CAN'T believe his accounts. Also, some eyewitness accounts claimed to see Martin hurting Zimmerman while he was on the ground. Yeah, those are people covering for Zimmerman. For what ever reason, some people felt the need to lie for Zimmerman.

Not only does this mean that Zimmerman lies about his accounts, in the altercation, he was doing more than fine. Not a scratch is on him. So was Zimmerman ever screaming for help? Not likely. Trayvon probably did all the screaming. And this shows that the police department screwed up yet again. Zimmerman made claims of being bloody after an altercation, and the police department knew about those false claims; whenever Zimmerman made them, and never brought him back in for questioning.

I'm actually not just mad about this video, but a bit happy, in a way. After reading many articles on this case, I just didn't trust that Zimmerman's accounts were correct. This shows he is a huge liar. Also, this is a huge blow to the jerks doing a smear campaign against Trayvon Martin and his reputation. I bet some of them forced themselves into denial, saying "Well, it probably isn't really Zimmerman in the video!".

I detect you partly jest. It would make sense that he'd lie, but really, this is just terrible. Was his life ever actually in danger? I imagine that Zimmerman pulled the gun out, and Trayvon grabbed hold of his arm and wrestled with Zimmerman, and was calling for help, trying to avoid Zimmerman using that gun on him. That was the altercation. Zimmerman pulled the gun on him with no good reason. That may be how the confrontation went down. After Zimmerman, ten years older, stronger, and about 100 pounds heavier, won the altercation, he shot Trayvon in the chest. Just terrible. Now knowing that Zimmerman didn't get a scratch on him, this is a likely way the scenario played out.

This was flying around facebook. However, the word is that older picture of "Trayvon" where "he" is giving two middle fingers isn't even him. I wouldn't be surprised if that isn't really a photo of him, because that more recent photo of "Zimmerman" might not even really be Zimmerman! Where is his birth mark by his nose and upper lip in the second photo? Plus, the facial hair fills in the middle where his mustache is in the real Zimmerman pic. You see that the man with the short haired mustache in the second pic doesn't have facial hair grow in the very center of his upper lip.

Just great how the anti-Trayvon people not only concoct a photo like this, they make the alledgedly more recent pictures show Trayvon in a very negative manner (gangsta G' giving two middle fingers) and they show "Zimmerman" as some fine gentleman in a nice suit with a big, white smile. It is what to expect from a man with three arrests on his record and allegations that he beat his ex-girlfriend, afterall.
