The tracker http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/1033.html has eps 1-29 listed. I noticed on Frenchie's blog they also did another couple:

They provide 2 nyaa links for their torrents I'm hoping could be hosted here:

Since this is the first series I've been waiting to watch Shin and the remake. Though this had 128 episodes so... it could be a while, lol.
