Don't be so impatient. ;-)

Someone should finish chapter 1 of volume 3 though. That translator seems to have dropped it.

I think he's just slow, it has been gradually updated since then.

Thing is, I've read the title, can't believe ancient Japan is actually celebrating Christmas.

they did. though during the cleansing , christianity were prosecuted. if i recall it started during the reign of kampaku toyotomi hideyoshi.

that is why the amakusa catholic had to disguise their rites and belief with blend of buddhism culture like virgin mary in kanon statue or blending rosary with buddhism beads

there is the rites if stepping on the statue of jesus christ or virgin mary to prove they are not related to christianity.

I heard those persecutions were really violent. Hm, explains why, though many things really doesn't make sense when the history's jumbled up when you're doing a historical story. I'm not making sense, right?

Creepy though, Yoshiharu's harem just keeps on increasing -.-

According to the japanese wikipedia on クリスマス, they seem to have had a christmas mass as early as 1552. Then to be banished in the Edo period.

@alviam099

yep. i don't understand your question. but the persecution could be compared to inquisiton in salem.

well if my prediction is correct, after suceeding in keeping yamanaka shikanosuke and takenaka shigeharu (with ranjatai if i am not wrong) alive , the three mori sister of kikkawa - kobayakawa - mori terumoto will be his next harem.

because historically they submit to.general hashiba after the honnouji event.

Not really creepy that Sagara's harem is increasing, what is creepy is that majority of his harem will kill off the competition to get him. Especially Nobuna, I think everyone agrees with this.

Asai Hisamasa is really a coward, if I remember correctly the idiot decides to betray Nobuna, and is now scared that he will die? Did he truly believe no repercussion will occur, who does he think he is?

Not really a miscalculation, but more like pride as a father. Nigamasa decided to obey Nobuna and thus he had a father's tantrum "I will not allow it, you will be the leader" or something like that. I say pride has lead to more defeats in history than miscalculation, logistics problems, and etc.
