Hmm I remember Sumeragi answering this before, forgot when. Though I found this on the internet, maybe this is it or maybe Sumeragi will slice me in half with her Katana for giving a wrong explanation. http://www.urbandictionary.com/defin...&defid=6707849

I think that's more to do with using an extremely formal way of writing, and words not used much about anywhere else except in writing reports. I have written some articles myself (97 pages worth of my internship report ). And I firstly wrote 20 pages in an...erm...format that was passive voice like I used in English reports, apparently theirs was a bit different.

Chapter 2 has been completed. This marks the completion of like 27% of the volume. Phew~

A quick explanation is that for the character type are people who are full of themselves, often overestimate their own ability and at same time believe themselves to be the center of the universe and lives in their own world., most time illogically.

Example would be Squall as mentioned and Shin from Seed Destiny.

Another type is the real life type you see in Japanese or Anime/Manga with real live setting. Kuroneko from OreImo is basically the definition of a chuunibyou character and pretty much all the female leads from Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai can be count as one.

It is really a complex term both in term of character type and real-life usage, best way to look at it is imaging the most annoying, arrogant, illogical brat you can think of.

The only other person that I think truly is a rival to Nobuna is Takeda Shingen, but she was introduce in vol 5.
Well from pure talent point, both Shingen and Kenshin and maybe Mori can be said as Nobuna's(Nobunaga) equal, at least on strategical and militaristic side, and can be rightfully called as genius. But none of them is really "young" or can be called as "prodigy"

Spoiler:

Tough to say, as someone mentioned before, at this time she more prone to attack and kill Sagara first, but for the reason that it is an action that would benefit Nobuna and Oda clan. She has yet to figure out her feelings for Sagara and refuse to believe anything other than her own imagination, which is that somehow the future boy is mind-controling Nobuna into doing his bidding, though despite that Sagara is still a important part of Oda clan's success.

@Undertaker I hope you didn't count Yukimura as a chuunibyou.

@Akumasama thanks for the hard work. I'm gonna start reading everything this week.

What happened? Where are the Vol summaries? Vol 5 was the last summary done several pages ago (a lot of pages). Why is it not continued?

Anyway, what happened to Date? How are Saru/Shingen 's relations?

People aren't holding out on you, please at least try to be a bit more polite if you're inquiring about such things. The last thing you want is to upset someone that is doing us all a favour!

Cause translating Japanese History to Chinese is a pain in the ass. And oda wasn't really popular until the anime start getting aired. Course you can't find novel summaries durp.

The summaries are in the social group, it is easy to access plus the Light Novel illustrations are there as well. Also, don't ask too much on the summaries or translations, they are going to be done when the time comes. Good work requires patience.

Ah, that happens to translate the jp wiki LOL. Good reference.

Though Otaku-kei Chuuni that have been officially labeled as such in the LN's themselves normally fall under Evil Eye kei.
Oreimo: Kuroneko
Oreshura: Eita (past) & Hime
Haganai: Kobato
Of course, since I don't read everything, I would have missed out a number of them. The rest of the types have never once been labeled as such in the source material, even DQN type like Okarin (in the anime at least). Or was Eita a hipster? I can't remember. (Not saying that the rest aren't Chuunis but just that they have never been labeled as so in the material)

Isn't the sengoku era also referred as the feudal era? *shrug*

Feudalism or what you call feudal is the governing system while Sengoku is one of the many periods existing in feudal Japan
