And I mean MANGA. One that will make me cry because of the romance between the couple.. Dramatic and sad please!

I'm not too bothered about other genres, I guess I would prefer a real-life setting.. I really don't mind yuri/yaoi, in fact, I'm a huge yaoi fangirl

Dramatic and sad? Yuri and Yaoi is okay?

Then try Sasameki Koto for yuri. though it has an anime, the manga is more heartwrenching.

For het, Black Bird and Bokura ga Ita.

Immortal Rain, Kitchen Princess, and Rec - Kimi ga Naita Hi.

The were one of the few mangas that left me depressed for days. Well I hope you have a look.

I second the Bokura Ga Ita notion.

Another manga that had me bawling (anime was CRAP) is Kodomo no Omocha, shortened as Kodocha.
