Oorai's best option really is to make a break for it. They don't actually have to face
Spoiler for You know what:
(remember, this is a Flag match, not Annihilation), and trying to fight it will just delay them in that area long enough for the rest of Kuromorimine to catch up.

Finally got the formatting right.

OK, watching the thing now on a 640x360 rip. My thoughts as follows.

Spoiler for Big Master Spoiler:

By the end of the show, Oarai pulls some impressive moves while KMM confirms my impression of being a much-overrated team that depends on its heavier vehicles for any success. They mustn't be allowed to win.

arkhangelsk: It's Panzerleid, however it's NOT the one from the OST, as it's missing the clapping. Here instead we get a lot of foot-stomping. Equally good though.

Can't wait to see this episode, although I will be very disappointed if KMM truly displays such operational incompetence. Maho "should" have firm command of her troops and if she doesn't that is quite a shame.

I would say that KMM resorting to the [spoiler] would actually increase the chances of Ooarai being given, at the minimum, the moral victory, even if they lose the actual finals match.

I mean, there's the "unspoken rule" and then there's... this.

Maho did about two things right in this whole episode.

Spoiler:

And that's it.

Hm, this looks more and more likely that it's setting it up for a combo Pyrrhic and Moral victories for the respective teams..

Having not seen it yet: My guess is that they're bringing TOO much when compared to the usual layout. The large TDs are supposed to be for defense and long-range engagement, which really isn't what you can do against a small team. Seems like Maho had been under pressure to bring out the full inventory which the team itself is not used to.

Oh, hey, Katyusha actually says something interesting this episode:

Kuromorimine's heavies are their trump cards against Pravda.

What the HECK does Pravda have that requires THIS monster? IS-3s? ISU-152s? IS-7s and 8s?!?
