I'm thinking that was Hiroshi Kamiya's final role in the series. More like that my gut instinct after viewing that second episode is telling me that ED will probably have a new VA. Is Ami Koshimizu doing anything recently?

Kon is a gamer, not a swordsman. He doesn’t have that kinda experience or skill to knock a guy out. Hell, Kon might hit ED in the stomach and he'd still be okay. In his mind, the only efficient, quickest, & obvious way to subdue a guy as strong and skilled as ED would be to attack his "manhood" whenever he got the chance (which is a correct decision).
